Training Programs


Program 1 - Healthy Choices


A four part program for adults and teens. Each session is one and half hours and can be provided as a single session program as well.


Session 1 - Sexuality, reproduction, puberty, breast exams, testicular cancer, proper names of reproductive parts. Definition of abstinence.


Session 2 - Sexually transmitted infections and explanation of how they are infected, treatments and symptoms.


Session 3 - HIV/AIDS - What are the facts? Safer sex, what does that mean?


Session 4 - Birth control methods and which is appropriate for you. Decision making and relationships.


Program 2 - HIV, Sexually Transmitted Infections Education


This program is approved for Duval County Schools at middle and high school grade levels within the context of school policies with medically accurate information.


Program 3 - “Just Say Know”


One to one and half hour programs for parents, guardians, grandparents and agencies who are talking to teens about abstinence, sexuality, responsibility, decision making and relationships. This program increases your ability to listen and hear what teens are saying to you and one another in a non-judgmental manner.


Program 4 - HIV/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Infections


One to two hour session for colleges and medical settings


Program 5 - Sexuality and Seniors


One to two hour session tailored to groups such as divorcees, widows and widowers, retirement home residents and senior citizen groups. “Use the years of wisdom to teach others and acknowledge your own sexuality”.


Program 6 - Mentally Challenged Sessions


Information to the appropriate level of understanding which includes respecting your body, talking about feelings and acknowledging needs.
